This was great and I do not even like pork chops. My husband made this recipe it was so tender we will make this recipe again.

This is good, very easy to make and I will make it again. I added hot sauce (which was a good addition), but it needs something else - ginger, maybe? Soy/Teriyaki sauce? The pineapple, peppers and Catalina are a good combo. It might even be good to marinate the pork chops in the Catalina a little before cooking.

I love pineapple and pork together. My husband doesn't like bell peppers and he loved it! But I do think it would be better to cut up the porkchops, since you have to stir things around.

Easy to make and pretty good. I love pineapple so I enjoyed it. Only issue is that left over rice the next day is kinda mushy.

I used bone-less chicken breast instead, was even better

I love pork chops, and I thought this dish just didn't have enough flavor. My family liked it, but I won't go to the trouble of making it again. My kids were a little put off by the pink rice also.

Added extra ingredients like sweet chili sauce and hot peppers.

I prefer to use cubed pork - easier to stir in the pan. Also, I add some onion - usually Vidalia or other sweet-style onions.

The pork could have used a little more flavor, all the flavor is in the rest of the ingredients. Next time I may season the pork while I am browning it.
