Excellent taste, I liked the combination of flavors.
I have some frozen bell peppers left from last summers garden, thawed two under running water, still had great flavor and firmness. They worked great in the recipe. Made this for my wife as a pre-mothers day dinner. She loved it. Only change to the recipe I made was ,I used a full 20 oz. can of pineapple, made the rice more moist, and it added more broth . Thanks for a great recipe !
