I made this receipt about 1 week ago for my husband. Instead of using pork chops, I used chicken breast and it was fabulous.....

This is my boyfriends new favorite recipe to eat! I used brown rice instead of white and it was awesome.

I didn't use the instant style rice but cooked regular rice seperately so I drained one of the cans of pineapple. Also I added onion which I think made it even better. Everyone enjoyed it and I believe I'll make it again.

I made it last week and I am still talking about it! I thought that it would not taste good with pork, but i tried it. Sure beats frying the old pork chops in breading!

Great taste. Only had regular rice, it took forever to cook and I had to keep adding more broth and salad dressing. Great warmed up the next day.

The pineapple not only gives the taste, but keeps the meat moist. A 4 sure keeper!!

Made it with chicken instead of pork chops.

Excellent taste, I liked the combination of flavors. I have some frozen bell peppers left from last summers garden, thawed two under running water, still had great flavor and firmness. They worked great in the recipe. Made this for my wife as a pre-mothers day dinner. She loved it. Only change to the recipe I made was ,I used a full 20 oz. can of pineapple, made the rice more moist, and it added more broth . Thanks for a great recipe !
