It is also good with Turkey breast; hamburger.... terrific to serve to dinner guests!!

I was worried while making this dish that it would end up being disgusting BUT, it was great!! The flavors work so well together, I used pork chops and it was really good, husband also loved it.

YUMMY!!! My family loved this and came back for seconds! I substituted green peppers and it was wonderful, but I think next time I'll have to double this for my large family.

Fabulous dish. Family loved it. I used a sliced a small pork tenderloin and made the rice seperate using the liquid and fruit/veggies as sauce. Looking forward to making this again.
