This is so good! I wasn't sure about the dressing, because I am not a big fan of it, but it was great with the other ingredients. I think I will make some extra sauce next time to cover the pork in, they were a little bland. I had to cook the pork chops seperately, but it worked out fine.

Great recipe, I used chicken breast instead of the pork chops. My family loved it.

My husband loved this dish; my child hated it; I fall somewhere in the middle. It tastes a lot like sweet & sour pork minus the deep frying so this is actually healthier. I found it to be an unimpressive dish but because it was so easy to make, I will make this again. I also think it would be better if pork chops without the bone are used. They are easier to work with and you can fit more into a pan.

It was very good i change two thing to beef broth, and used brown inst. rice.

Absolutely awful. If I could have given it a 0 I would. Had no flavor at all and was runny too.

We especially loved the rice with the peppers and pineapple. Next time though, I will marinate the pork chops in some pineapple juice--I used very thick pork chops and they were not as tender as I would have liked.

I did not have bone-in pork chops but used boneless. I sliced them into stir fry size slices. Just as good! This is a keeper.

My family liked this recipe. I added a little extra "Catalina dressing" (1/2 c. total) and a little onion that I cooked with the pork chops before adding the other ingredients. Were going to try it with chicken next time.
