Everyone liked it a lot! I added chopped onions so it seemed even more like a sweet and sour dish. I'll certainly nake it again.

THIS IS ANOTHER WINNER AT MY DINNER TABLE. I WILL PREPARE THIS SKILLET DISH AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK ON THE WEEKEND. MY FAMILY LOVES THE TASTE AND APPEAL OF COLORS

this recipe was quick and easy. I made it on a night I had to work late so dinner was on the table within 30 minutes of me arriving home. My family was very happy about that. The only thing I need to do different is to add more rice, not enough for my boys.

My husband loved it! I did use boneless pork chops and fat free dressing and thought it was very tasty as well.

Sounds good but very high in Carbs. Will have to work it out without rice.

I enjoyed this receipe very much. I used chicken breasts instead:) It still turned out very delicious, the chicken breasts were very moist and juicy. It was quick and easy, just how I like it. My husband loved me dearly for this meal. thx

Love skillet dishes - easy to make and tastes like you spent more time than you did preparing them. Important to use the red and yellow peppers - gives the sweet but pepper taste and everyone loved pink tinted rice - gave it that true island flair! Thanks for the great ideas - basic cooking with something extra.

This is a very easy recipe. My son said it is the very best food in the world -- it was his very first pork chop! Hint: If you forgot to buy the Catalina dressing (like I did), just use 3 tablespoons ketchup, add 1/2 teaspoon onion salt and 3 tablespoons water and it turns out great. I also subbed in a chicken boullion cube and 1 cup water for the can of chicken broth.

I used chicken. It turned out very tender, but the Catalina dressing made the rice pink, and that was not very appetizing. I didn't use the peppers, as they were almost $2 each at the grocery. This is not a recipe I would try again.
