Very tasty, and easy too! The pineapple/red pepper contrast is amazing!

We didn't really like this. It was too sweet for me and my husband thought it was "interesting". I don't think I'll make this one again.

I didn't use any Catalina dressing. Which , I believe, made it come out better!

It was very quick and tasty. I did cook the pork chops longer then 10 minutes.

Will probably not add the chicken broth...and the red peppers turn the rice & pork chop pink, so you have to be able to get past that. But taste was excellent...nice to have something different & affordable.

Not a winner with me. I used brown rice but there was way to much liquid, the pork was over cooked and yes, everything turned pink (form the Catalina Dressing or peppers?). I think next time (if there is one) I will leave out the chicken broth, add some more spices and play with the amount of rice.

My family really liked this but i doubled everything so there was more rice.

This was delicious and not bad for the waistline. I did use the chicken as a substitute for the pork as suggested as an option on the recipe page, and it was just so good. I will make it again and soon as my husband loved it.

This recipe was not a big hit with my family. It was fairly easy and quick to make - it just was different and they did not like it. Also the rice turned a red color and i did not expect that. I guess from the red pepper caused it to turn colors. or maybe it was something i did.

I make this meal a least 3 time a month, it is quick and easy.
