Super easy! I made as is except used a largely chopped onion instead of red bell pepper and a 20 oz can of pineapple. KID APPROVED TOO!

I made this in my electric skillet. I added a few tablespoons of soy sauce and let the meat simmer on a very low heat for about 45 minutes. The pork chops turned out tender and flavorful. I cooked the rice separately, and then let everyone put the meat and vegetables over their rice. My family really liked it. There were no leftovers. I would definitely make this again because it was so easy.

First time making this and it was a hit with my husband. I used cut up pork instead of chops.Not going to change a thing otherwise. I am going to try in on chicken next.

Awesome! We really liked the flavor. I used chicken,(2) 20 oz. cans of pineapple (we like pineapple, used a little more Catalina Lite dressing & brown rice. My husband loved it. We will definitely have this again.

Delicious! Cooked in the time listed. Will definitely make again. The kids gobbled it up!!!!

The only problem I had was that it took longer than expected to get the pork chops fully cooked. NEXT TIME: I will cut the pork chops up into bite size pieces for quicker cooking. The flavor was very good, and I will try this again!

We were looking for a good pork chop recipe and this was delicious! I used light Catalina dressing and brown rice. My family loved it! The sauce tasted just like sweet and sour sauce. Definitely adding this one to the recipe book!
