Mini Broccoli & Ham Cups

I made these for a party and everybody loved them!

Easy to make, tastes and looks great.

I used this recipe for a Christmas gathering and they were all gone before any other appetizer. My friends loved them and they are easy to make. I am definitely making them again.

I took it to a holiday party, it was a huge hit! Since then I used the filling in other recipes.

I made these for a potluck at work and everyone loved them. I also made them for a family gathering but substituted spinach for broccoli and turkey for the ham and my family gobbled them up, especially my nephews! These are simple and easy!

i loved them. i love the presentation, and the fact that during the holidays theres an appetizers thats carb free. not anothe cheese and cracker tray. and it was just as easy as putting one of those together. everyone commented on how good they were and they turned out EXACTLY like the picture. no surprises. they looked so pretty on a platter. will continue to make. a really easy appetizers for parties everyone seems to like.

Made these for a baby shower were I need carb friendly food and they were a huge hit. I have made them for myself many of times and they are very easy to make so it worked out well for a crowd also. I made them with both ham and turkey. Works out well for a party since they are good hot or just room temperature.

I love this recipe! Very easy and quick. Added more sun dried tomatoes as they are a favorite of mine. A great way to get my husband to eat broccoli. Will definitely make many more times.
