Took these to a party and WOW. They were gone in seconds. Worth a little work, they are incredible! I added a little ginger, garlic powder and a dash of hot pepper flakes for a kick. YUMMY!!

Lots of work making each individual little dumpling. Taste was bland.

I made these for dinner. The only change was a tablespoon of fresh ginger in the meat. I sauteed the remaining cabbage with carrots served over wild rice and topped with the remaining sauce. The meal was a huge hit with everyone.

These had a great flavor, but got a little messy when adding water after frying them. Also, time consuming by doing it in batches. I enjoy steamed dumpling, so next time I may skip the frying.

I used square wrappers and they worked out fine. The process is very time-consuming, but it SO VERY worth it. My boyfriend and I made these for my mom and she said they were "the best things we'd ever made for her." Honestly, they're WONDERFUL!!

Excellent!!! This recipe did not take too long to put together, and I had extra dumplings so I froze them by laying each one flat on a cookie sheet, covered it with a towel, put it in the freezer, and then the next morning I put them in a freezer bag. I can't wait to cook the extras!

This was DELICIOUS!!! Made it as an appetizer for a finger foods party I had. Biggest hit there! The sauce is excellent, too.

Incredible! Everyone loved them and thought they were better than in a restaurant. I actually partially cooked the pork by mistake before mixing the ingredients but it made the cooking process go a little more quickly. Loved how they were crispy on one side. Only put a bit of water so they did not become soggy. Awesome!!!
