What You Need

lb. ground pork

1-1/2

cups chopped napa cabbage (about 3 oz.)

green onions, chopped (about 1/3 cup)

egg, lightly beaten

1/4

cup KRAFT GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame with Ginger Dressing, divided

1/4

cup soy sauce, divided

pkg. (12 oz.) round won ton wrappers (about 4 doz.)

tsp. oil, divided

1-1/4

cups water, divided

Make It

MIX pork, cabbage, onions, egg and 2 Tbsp. each of the dressing and soy sauce until well blended. Spoon evenly onto won ton wrappers, adding about 1 tsp. of the pork mixture to each wrapper. Moisten edge of each wrapper with water; fold in half to form a half-moon, pressing edges together to seal. If desired, edges can be pleated with five or six folds.

HEAT 2 tsp. of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add 10 dumplings; cook 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Gradually add 1/4 cup of the water; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until filling is cooked through and water has evaporated. Remove dumplings to serving plate; wipe skillet dry. Repeat with remaining dumplings.

COMBINE remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing, remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and remaining 1 Tbsp. water. Serve as a dipping sauce with the dumplings.

If round won ton wrappers are unavailable, use square won ton wrappers. Fill as directed, folding in half to form a triangle and omitting the pleating step.

How to Prevent Won Ton Wrappes From Drying Out

Keep won ton wrappers covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.

Substitute

Substsitute savoy cabbage for the napa cabbage.

I would love to try this recipe, but I do not eat meat, so what should i sub for the pork? i really want to try these, should i just double the other fillings?HELP!!!!!

Amazing. My boyfriend went on and on about these. Instead of the cabbage and onions, I used a frozen bag of asian style veggies, and it was delicious. Instead of ground pork, I fried some and cut it into small pieces. VERY GOOD!

I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS ON MY OWN FOR YEARS. I ADD MUSHROOMS, GARLIC, GROUND BEEF, BREAKFAST SAUSAGE, CELERY, I MAKE ATLEAST 135 AT A TIME. AND USE SWEET AND SOUR OR DUCK SAUCE FOR DIPPING. MY FAMILY LOVES THESE AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEM. THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE FOR ANY PARTY. USE YOUR IMAGINATION WITH THIS ONE. FRUIT AND CREAM CHEESE, HAM AND CHEESE. THESE ALSO CAN BE BOILED IN SOUP FOR A WONTON. IJUST LOVE THIS ONE. A+++++++ ON THIS ONE

I made this recipe with ground lamb. My husband thought they were better than any potstickers he has eaten in restaurants.

These were so good! The dipping sauce was even better. My husband and 4 year old daughter loved them. I will be making these again really soon. I found it was easier to use 2 pans to cook them.

This made such an impact that we will stop ordeing potstickers as we had done in the past. Also it is a great way to get the chrildren involved.

The recipe is good but no one tells you not to stack the unmade one on a plate. If you do they stick together and make one big blob

I will not make these again. It took too much time, and effort, and they didn't come out good at all. My Husband and I agreed that we will just get take out next time.

Excellent. A little time consuming. More than 10 can be made at a time too. Delicious, just like at your favorite Chinese restaurant.
