I read all the reviews before making this, and added about 1 and a half pounds of chicken cooked with garlic, an extra packet of seasoning, and a ton more carrots. It was great!! Tons left over for lunches, and healthy!

Great recipe. I like it because you can make it as low-fat, low-carb as you'd like. I used a 32 oz. container of chicken broth, used less water, added a little pasta, and served with chopped cilantro & corn tortillas at the table. Saving some for lunch tomorrow!

My family love it. I did make some changes I added 1/2 lb. of italian sausage about 1/2 cup orzo's pasta and some italian seasonings. Super yummy and hearty, plenty left over to freeze.

this is an excellent recipe. I added browned sausage. It just got better as we reheated it.

This soup is excellent! I made it just as the directions state, except that I used 2 packets of dressing mix. It was pretty good the first day, but SO VERY GOOD as leftovers. I think I'll add corn and some shredded chicken next time.

I really enjoyed this soup. I'm currently on a diet and this made a tasty addition to the limited things I'm eating right now. I added chopped garlic, black and red pepper, parmesan cheese and corn to this while it was cooking and it turned out great! My husband (who hates veggies) actually ate three bowls of this!
