It was a bit bland and I used a pack and a half of the dressing mix. It made such a huge amount for two, that although we could have frozen half of it, I'd probably cut the recipe in half. That's a lot of soup.

I liked the idea but it was very bland.

This was so yummy!! It had tons of favor! I've made this several times, and every time, it was a hit! I would suggest however, using a bit more of the italian salad dressing mix than needed.

GREAT LOW FAT SOUP!!! Unfortunately I didn't have the Good Season Recipe Mix so I added some herbs & spices and it was wonderful. Definitely a keeper.

This is the best soup I have made. My husband loves it and so do I. I have shared it with everyone.

I sauteed 2 cloves of minced garlic with butter before I threw everything in the pot. Added canned corn, salt and good amount of black pepper. And I used 2 packages of the seasoning instead of 1. Made grilled cheese sandwiches along with it. It's a keeper.

After reading others ratings, I started by sauteeing the carrots, onion and celery in about 2 Tbls. of garlic oil for more flavor, I did increase the good seasons to 2 pkgs. I also used a savoy cabbage. I thought is was very tasty. I may try using some chopped ham in it next time.
