Very good, although I would have added a little salt to the rice, but the chili was delish

Flavorful! Subbed out the rice, and served over "Moist Tex-Mex Cornbread." Great timing to make cornbread while chili needs time to simmer. Best recipe I've made in awhile.

I really like this recipe. We have made it several times. The only thing I do different is I don't make rice. Usually we just eat it with fritos.

Nice taste! I made this for Poker Night with the Tex-Mex Cornbread, and it was a big hit. Forgot to put out the s.c. or cheese, but no complaints. Used a pork/chuck blend that I processed at home. Very tasty!

I add yellow and red peppers. Delicious! My extremely picky husband says this is now his favorite meal.

I saw this recipe this afternoon and since my fiance had cravings for "Wendy's Chili", I decided to give it a try. In the meantime, a couple of his friends dropped in and I, of course, invited them to join us. Well, there was not much left, but it was worth it to be told that "Mine" was better.....! I will definitly be keeping this recipe around. The only changes I made was to use Ranch Style Beans, and a beef base instead of broth so I could control the liquid content.

my husband is a very picky eater but he loved this meal!
