Boy am I thrilled that I found this recipe! It was so easy, I had all the ingredients on hand (except the green onions, I just used a yellow onion), and it was so delicious. It was also great for lunch the next day. I couldn't help but snitch some of the cold shrimp before I warmed up my plate. Even if you don't like grits, you could make the shrimp as directed and pour it over pasta or rice. So simple and so good.
