I would recommend a few changes to this recipe. Add smoked gouda instead of cheddar cheese. Add apple-wood smoked bacon to boost the flavor. Add a portobello mushroom cap, sliced and 3 T of butter, shallots, 2 cups of fresh spinach along with the green onions, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Hot sauce is a great kick up a notch-- good ole' Tabasco. Serve this with a white wine and you're good to go.
