Easy to make with common ingredients on hand. It also makes great leftovers. Very tasty!

This was tasty & easy. Very good meal to make on a busy weeknight. I'd add maybe something else next time, just to make it even tastier, but it was good as is.

The kids loved it!!! They gave it about a "4" out of "5." And it was so easy and quick to make, too. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

Very good. I added pinto beans and snuck in a 1/2 cup of cauliflower puree (Jessica Seinfeild). Perfect meal and easy to make.

This was a hit with my family. My husband loved it. I didn't have enough salsa for the full amount so I added diced tiomatoes with green chilis, taco seasoning, and onions. It had extra kick!! Great simple meal with tons of flavor.

I recently turned my mom onto the Kraft recipe site and she found and made this recipe. She recommended it to me and being the experimentor that I am, I added taco seasoning, red onion and canned corn with red and green pepper to the beef. Deli coleslaw was the perfect side dish to finish the meal. It was a fast and tasty "late work night" meal with left overs for lunch.

I added some pepper Jack cheese, which gave it a kick, My husband had two big helpings and he doesn't care for casseroles.

This was great, and ready in just MINUTES!! I added some chopped onions to the beef as it was cooking with the bell pepper, that seemed to give it some extra taste...then when I was mixing everything together with the Mac & cheese-I used a can of corn, medium salsa, and also threw in a can of chopped jalapenos--also ate it with a bag of FLOUR tortilla chips, it was DELISH!!! :)
