I've been looking for good recipes to replace boxed mixes and this one is wonderful. My family said it was better than some of the box mixes.

I love cheese. I made the Fiesta Mac and it was very good. I also made the lyanla divine mac& cheese which was fantastic. I am certinly going to keep that it my recipe book as I intend to make it many more times. My family loved it--it is very easy to make and is a very healthy meal. I can also build around it to make a very nice dinner--thanks-Gloria

I found this very easy to make. It was so good with apple sauce and small corn chips.

This recipe came out fine and I will make it again. Next time I will add a chopped medium onion along with the green pepper.

I added taco seasoning to the ground beef-gives it a more fiesta taste!!!

My family really enjoyed this dish, my college age son loved the variation from plain mac-n-cheese! I would like to try it with kidney beans next time!

It was good, and I had added some onion with the green pepper, as well as a little more than a cup of the salsa, but didn't have much ooomph! Eevn a lot of black pepper, and some cayenne didn't do much. I think using the Taco Bell salsa was too soupy...maybe some fresher salsa...chunkier?? I doubt I will do it again. Depends on what my son says when he comes home tonite and hits the leftovers....;-)

Recipe sounds wonderful but the diet plan that I'm on it counts as 13 points! But I'm sure my husband would love it so I'll probably make it for him.
