I alterted the ingredients slightlly. I used the reduced fat bisquick and added splends instead of sugar and used fat free milk. I also used sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix and used fat free whip topping. I didn't put any sugar on the strawberries either. It was still very sweet. My Dad is a Diabetic and he loved it. My kids didn't like the biscuit part so the next time I will make it with a more cake like center. Other than that it was enjoyed by everyone!

My husband loved it and immediately went for a second piece. I sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on the cake before baking and using vanilla whip cream. I will try the sugar free way next time.

I made this for a Memorial Day family BBQ and I should have bought 2 with me! Everyone loved it. It was easy to make and I added a capful of vanilla extract to the biscut mix... I had to promise to make this cake for 2 of my family members again! I plan to make this again for my Book Club Meeting!
