I made this for a Memorial Day family BBQ and I should have bought 2 with me! Everyone loved it. It was easy to make and I added a capful of vanilla extract to the biscut mix... I had to promise to make this cake for 2 of my family members again! I plan to make this again for my Book Club Meeting!

I thought the cake part was bland and boring. The presentations was nice but we didn't like the cake.

This recipe could be easily made with sugar-free ingredients. Yummy, for those with diabetes, or trying to loose a few pounds.

Yum-close to an old fashioned "shortcake." For a guilt free version, use low fat baking mix, non fat milk, low fat sour cream, fat/sugar free pudding mix, light cool whip, and splenda. You'll never know anything is missing, bu the scale will! Yum!

I made it for a Memorial day cookout. But i used the the angel food cake mix from Duncan Hines and instead of mixing the strawberries with sugar i used the strawberry glaze. I got tons of compliments.

I made this recipe for our Memorial day picnic and out of 4 different desserts this one was the first to go. It was excellent. Lucky I made 2 of them. My girlfriend wants me to make this for her 4th of July picnic. Although next time I would add more coolwhip to the pudding mixture to make it fluffier,it was a bit dense also have extra strawberry mixture on hand. The vanilla in the biscuit mixture is a good idea too. Will try that next time. Will definately be making this again.
