I brought this to a party and everyone who tried it raved about it and several asked for the recipe.

The first time I made this it turned out a bit oily and tasted too much like Miracle Whip. The next time I substituted sundried tomatoes that weren't packed in oil but just came in the bag and also used 1/2 Miracle Whip and 1/2 Mayo... turned out much better.

Delicious! And it keeps getting tastier by the day! This made an excellent dip for veggies or a spread for crackers. It's thick enough that you could make a cheeseball out of it, or just spread it flatter for a dip.

Simple and better than your typical veggie dig. Make sure you chop everything VERY small so one ingrediant doesn't overpower another.

I wasn't able to locate the sun dried tomatos but substituted a drained can of Ro-tel. The dip was better by the second day.

It tasted too much like Mayo. I took it to a super bowl party and it was hardly touched.

I used this dish for a family party and it was a huge hit!! We all loved it and it got eaten right away!! You really do have to let it sit for awhile, but its great! Can't wait to make it again!

This recipe is the best. I have made this many times and everyone loved it (even picky ones). I added a bit more garlic to this recipe.

Somehow, the dip turned out very zesty. It wasn't a hit with my party guests, but one or two liked it. I might make it again with less pepper.
