I swapped the sun-dried tomatoes for roasted red peppers and added 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. It gave this recipe a little more zing, without making it "HOT" and kept the original look - very pretty and a big hit! Sooooo easy! Be sure to make it a dau ahead if you can so the flavors really soak in!

I've made this dip several times for potlucks with family & co-workers. It is always a crowd-pleaser! Many people ask where I bought it and when I explain that I made it they can't believe how simple the recipe is.

Thanks, what a great dip. I have made it twice, the first time I got heavy handed with the garlic, my cloves were small and I put in too many. I made it Saturday for a tailgating party on Sunday. It was great! Everyone was wanting the recipe. It is easy to make and different. I did use mayo instead of Mircle whip, since that is what I had on hand.
