Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Dip

The Miracle Whip taste was too overwhelming.

Made this for a baby shower it was a big hit. Was asked for the recipe from several people. Next time i am gonna try it with roasted red peppers.

Here in southern Arizona we are always looking for more things to STUFF jalapenos with. They were a big hit at a BBQ and I plan to take them to our annual BBQ at the lake for Labor Day. Take Processed whole Jalapenos( I use "HATCH" brand), slice lengthwise, deseed, rinse and lay on paper towel to absorb water, then stuff with dip. Chill until ready to serve.

Tasted great. My guests loved it! I served it with Ritz crackers. It was perfect for a summertime bbq.

I have made this dip several times and every time someone asks me for the recipe. It is easy to make and tastes fantastic.

Tried this out for a family reunion. Used the family as guinea pigs so to speak. They all LOVED this. I have made this again several time. It is so easy to make! This one is a keeper

Everyone loved it but there wasn't enough. One of the guests who never eats dip ate almost all of it and everyone else just got a taste.

Everyone who tried it loved it! I would make it with regular mayo next time-the Miracle Whip flavor overwhelmed the other flavors a bit too much.

I made this recipe a couple times over the summer and evryone loved it. Another variation I may try is to spread the dip over a soft tortilla, roll it up, chill and slice into pinwheels.

I made this for a girls night out and it was a hit. I added green onions in place of the chives and it was just as colorful and tasted great.
