I made this recipe and served it with chips (scoops) and crackers for a summer pool party. I served it in a tray of ice. It was a hit and many wanted the recipe. I would make it again. I kept it low fat and did not add the oil of the tomatos and used low-fat cream cheese. Great!

I've made this 5 times since I got my summer magazine - my 12 year old thinks it's the best dip ever.

This went over big, I used light cream cheese to make it even better! Tastes great as a spread for crackers or even a sandwich.

Very versatile dip. It worked with crackers, veggies, and even on bagels. It was a light dip that went well on a hot summer day. Yummy!

This dip went over very well for our 4th of July celebration. Absolutely wonderful. The sundried tomatoes make this dip. I used triscuit crackers for dipping. I just made it again this morning.

I've made this for a few gatherings and everybody loves it. I would use a smaller bit of garlic as it can be very strong and make for stinky breath. Otherwise it is delicious!
