I've made this 5 times since I got my summer magazine - my 12 year old thinks it's the best dip ever.

I have made this recipe many times and have received many compliments on it. It is a great dip to serve with a veggie tray.

This went over big, I used light cream cheese to make it even better! Tastes great as a spread for crackers or even a sandwich.

Very versatile dip. It worked with crackers, veggies, and even on bagels. It was a light dip that went well on a hot summer day. Yummy!

This dip went over very well for our 4th of July celebration. Absolutely wonderful. The sundried tomatoes make this dip. I used triscuit crackers for dipping. I just made it again this morning.

I've made this for a few gatherings and everybody loves it. I would use a smaller bit of garlic as it can be very strong and make for stinky breath. Otherwise it is delicious!
