Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Dip

My family loved this dip. I made it the night before and it tasted great!!!!!

I personally thought this recipe was too sweet, but others really liked it.

I've made this at two get togethers so far and everyone has loved it. I should have doubled it because it disappeared so quickly! I served it with veggies and the Air Crisp Triscuits (the triangular ones) and the Triscuits were more popular with the dip than the veggies.

I catered a wedding reception for my neice as a gift--I wanted something different instead of the usual dips--this was devoured--and I mad a triple batch! A favorite for men and women. I was bombarded with recipe requests. I would definitely make this again, for large or small groups.

This recipe was a hit on Father's Day. Not a drop was left over. Use Light cream cheese and Lite Miracle Whip if you are watching your calories.

I found the miracle whip to be a little too overpowering. If I made it again, I'd probably substitute sour cream for the miracle whip.

I'm not a dip person at all, but I made this dip for our party and everyone loved it. I can't count how many people wanted to know what was in it and where they could get the recipe.

This dip was pretty good. I made it in the morning to serve for an appetizer before dinner. The flavors melded very nicely. I was worried the tomato flavor would take over the dip, but nothing was too overpowering. All the flavors seem to just compliment each other. I will probably make this again. It's definitely a nice change to your ordinary average dips.
