Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Dip

I made this dip for my daughter's graduation party the day before. Everyone liked it and I even had requests for the recipe.

Made it for a baby shower and everyone loved it. Definitely will make again.

Good flavor. Made it for an event and everyone complimented it, but maybe not for me.

I make this recipe all the time and serve it with bagel chips. It can turn a slight shade of red so I just add extra chives to give it more contrast. I put in a tablespoon of mayon and no miracle whip making it more of a cheese spread than a dip.

Very tasty and quite simple to make. Definetly different than what I normally make!

Came out really nice- use light miracle whip. I made it during the holidays (red tomatos and green chives I thought looked festive).

I thought the Miracle Whip flavor was a little overpowering, so next time I will use less, but the rest of the dip was excellent.

I really looked forward to making this dip but it wasn't all that. I mean it tasted okay but the consistency was bad. It was lumpy and slighty orange. You couldn't use potato chips with it as it was too hard, the chips would break. Most people use chips for dips, we didn't use the crackers and you would definately need them for this recipe. Didn't look like the picture at all. Not a hit.

I tried this dip for my sons' birthday party and it was a hit!!! I will definately make this again and again!!!!
