What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

cloves garlic, sliced

small sprigs fresh rosemary, stems removed

sprigs fresh thyme, chopped

tsp. black peppercorns

Peel of 1 lemon, cut into thin strips

Make It

CUT cream cheese into 36 pieces; place in pie plate.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Serve with NABISCO Crackers, crusty bread or pita chips.

Let the cheese come to room temperature before serving.

Shortcut

To simplify, spread softened cream cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate instead of cutting it into pieces. Chop garlic, rosemary, thyme and lemon peel. Mix with dressing and 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper; spread over cream cheese. Serve as directed.

Friends raved over the surprising blend of flavors. And, WOW! It even looked just like the picture when I made it! Presentation was great.

Very good but not excellent. Following are modifications I made to it: Used 1/4 cup dressing instead of full amount, used only 1/2 of a lemon otherwise too lemony, increase amount of garlic depending on your taste (3 to 4 cloves is good). Unexpected combination of ingredients goes very well together.

This was very popular as a cracker spread at our summer BBQ. Would have been even better if I hadn't forgotten the garlic!

A very good tasting fun eating treat :) I made this for a special dinner and everyone really liked it....full of flavor and looks fancy too! But is just great for anything otherwise as well! Will make again...

We used this recipe for friends with crackers and wine. Excellent taste and super easy to make ahead.

Made this for a party and everyone wanted the recipe. I even made it a bit more calorie conscious by using a fat free version of the dressing and it was YUMMY!!
