Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

What You Need

NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)

1/4

cup butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4

cup sugar

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

cups mixed berries (raspberries, sliced strawberries and blueberries)

3/4

cup boiling water

pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin

cup ice cubes

Make It

MIX wafer crumbs and butter until well blended; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan. Freeze while preparing filling.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Top with berries. Refrigerate.

MEANWHILE, add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened; spoon over fruit in pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until slightly softened.

Substitute

If you do not have a tart pan, use a 9-inch round pan lined with foil instead. Prepare tart as directed, pressing crumb mixture onto bottom and 1 inch up side of pan. Fill as directed.

Made a lite version. reduced fat NILLA wafers, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, lite coolwhip, and sugar free JELL-O. Loved it can't wait to make it again. It is a very pretty presentation.

This tart was great. I used strawberries, blueberries and kiwi. Allow more than 15 minutes for prep time. It took me 30-45 minutes.

Ah-mazing doesnt compare to the rich taste of this tart! My entire family and friends loveed the cheescake they thought it had a fabulous taste and they look forward to eating it again. Thank you so much Kraft!

Absolutely fabulous recipe and very easy to make - only a few changes did I make after reading about 50 previous reviews - I used about 52-54 Nilla wafers, otherwise I found the crust a little too thin. I also increased the butter to about 1/3 cup (or a little more) - it held together much better. When stirring in the ice cubes to the gelatin, I found it began to thicken slightly even before all the ice was melted - no need to put it in the frige at all - just start spooning it over the fruit before it gets gloppy. Oh so tasty and just beautiful to look at - this is definitely a 5 out of 5 recipe!!
