Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

I used a pre-made crust - turned out great. I received rate review from friends who tried. Hint: watch the jello does not need 15 minutes to set up - more like 5-7minutes.

This recipe looks delicious but it is way too high in fat and carbs for me. Thanks

This was a very simple and very good recipe. I made it for my card club group back in June and they loved it too!

My husband and son finsihed 3/4 of it in one night. They made me make it again the following week. It's very cool and refreshing...perfect for a hot summer day.

Made this for a family party - everyone thought it was great. Have made it several times since and everyone who has had it think it is great also.

I changed it up a little. I made individual mini cakes. The cream was so light and delicious. Instead of the jello for the topping, I used apricot glaze. Will definately make this again.

I doubled the recipe for the filling and used a large store purchsed graham cracker crust to serve my girls club which has been meeting for over 45 years. Everyone raved and asked for copies of the recipe.

Made a few changes to reduce the calories. Substituted reduced fat vanilla wafers. For the filling, used a small Lite Cool Whip, small sugar free vanilla pudding (dry) and mixed with fat free cream cheese. Also used a small sugar free jello for the glaze. Doubled the recipe for 9X13. Family loved it.

Excellent summer dessert! My family really liked it. Used light/fat free ingredients and it still came out great. Definitely a keeper.

I used frozen fruit, but it would definitely be better with fresh.
