Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart

Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

Wonderful-very light and tastes great-I used sugar free cool whip and jello and it still turned out great. Nice alternative to a heavy desert for summer. Turned out wonderful for my diabetic husband to even enjoy. Thanks-will use it a lot over the summer.

I made this tonight for my parents. Mom is dieting so we used FF and it was fantastic! However, I used a ready made Nilla crust (cut the time some). Only think is...Jello does not need to go in fridge for 15 minutes. It got too solid and then looked funny on top but tasted amazing. Will make again soon!

Super easy to make and delicious. I followed the recipe using the lemon jello and it was quite tasty.

i also used kiwi in this fruit tart. the tangy flavors of the kiwi and lemon jello went perfectly with the smooth creaminess of the cream cheese. however, the crust was a bit thin for a fruit tart.

Excellent taste for a no-bake cheesecake. Loved the way the lemon Jello looked and tasted! I refrigerated the Jello for only 5 minutes for the proper consistency.

I received many compliments on this recipe. I do, however, think two things would have made it better. I felt that the crust was a bit weak, so I may use a pre-made crust in the future. I also thought strawberry jello tasted better than the recommended lemon. In my refrigerator, the jello took only 5 minutes to get to the "egg-white" like state that you want it to be at. Don't let it sit too long or you won't be able to spread it! Nonetheless, it was enjoyed by all!
