Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart

Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

My oven was out of commission and was having company for dinner so made this recipe for dessert. Everybody thought it was great!!!! Not to sweet and just a cooling dessert. Will certainly make it again.

This recipe is surprisingly easy to make, but looks & tastes like you've spent hours on it. I took this to a cookout in July & everyone raved about it. (And all the women wanted the recipe!) I used the Lite Philadelphi cream cheese & Lite Cool Whip so I could enjoy this dessert without any guilt feelings at all--Yum, Yum!

I made this recipe completely sugar free! I can not have sugar, so I substituted sugar-free jello, sugar-free vanilla wafers and sugar-free cool whip. I also used Splenda for the sugar in the recipe. It was wonderful!!!

I used reduced fat vanilla wafers and reduced fat cream cheese and it was so good and a little fewer calories. I will definately be making it again!

I have made this several times. The last one was with SF pecan shortbread cookies for the crust, fresh peaches and raspberries for the fruit and SF Jello and Lite Cool Whip. Everyone has loved all the different ways you can "fix it up". I think the peach/raspberry is my favorite.
