Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

This is one of the best and simplest cheesecakes I've made and tasted.

I have made one some thing like it befor, and like that one and this one sounds even better. With putting the jello on the top is pretty, good I like that, it's different. I thought about some times replaceing the rasberrys with maybe cheeiers, or some other fruit that I like at the time.

My family loved this. It is just the right combination of sweet and tart. It has earned a permanent place in my recipe box.

The second time I made it, I substituted: 1/4 cup Splenda for the sugar 1 cup Sugar-free Cool Whip for the regular Cool Whip and 1 pkg sugar-free Lemon Gelatin for the regular Jello and it was just as delicious as the sugar loaded recipe.
