Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

try adding a small pkg of lemon jello to the cream cheese and sugar mixture, give more flavor

It was good but it didn't have as much flavor as I thought it would.

NO need to refrigerate gelatin mix before spooning over tart, it will become too set to work with. I have used a pre-made 'nilla wafer pie crust, works well.

I took this tart to a dessert party and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the colors, the layers, and the taste. I was the new kid and this helped me make a very good first impression.

Delicious and so easy to make. I made this for Christmas and everyone loved it. I only used blueberries but add raspberries and only put the jello in half of the cheesecake beacause I was afraid it doesn't taste good but it did. Then I made for New Year but this time I used canned peaches and don't use the jello and it taste better. I'd prefer it without the Jello.
