Triple-Berry Cheesecake Tart recipe

When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

I used this recipe except I used lemon curd instead of lemon jello and substituted crisp crushed gingersnap cookies for the vanilla wafer crust. Then I made a blueberry filling to top the lemon curd and garnished it with lemon curls and mint. It was delicious and made an impressive presentation. I used blueberry sauce from the filling around the edge of the plate for more pizazz!

This tasted wonderful! The hardest part of making it was the crust, but next time I will add a little more butter and put less jello on top.

Very refreshing and light. Loved it. I had a little trouble with the crust, it was crumbly, but it still tasted great! Very pretty to put on the table.

this was a beautiful dessert & I would make it again but maybe not as much jello on the top.

This was wonderful and even our most finicky eater had seconds! I would recommend spraying the bottom of the tart pan with non-stick spray so that the crust would come off easier. Very attractive and "stellar" presentation I look forward to preparing again!

This recipe is awesome. I've done a similar one before, but for the filling I also add one can of crushed pineapple and melted marshmallows along with the creamcheese and cool whip. If you prepare everything ahead of time, this recipe is quick and delicious. Monica Grapevine, TX
