When you layer a cookie crust with cream cheese filling and fresh berries, a little fanfare is required. If you don't have a pedestal, be ready with a hearty "Ta-da!"

This cheesecake was very easy to make and delicious. I had a problem with the crust staying together, next time I will try more butter with the wafer crumbs.

I made this mainly so the adults at my son's birthday party would have a not-so-sweet alternative to the heavily-iced birthday cake. It was quick and easy to make. Everyone LOVED it---even my aunt who is a gourmet cook!!

Received several comments from co-workers saying they don't normally like cheesecake, but this was fantastic! I only used 2 berries and used the lower fat cream cheese and cool whip. Very easy to make.

After 3 hours in the refrigerator, The Lemon Jell-o topping refused to set up. I had used kiwi slices, blue berries and strawberries, but discoved later from the Jell-o instructions, gelatin will not set up using kiwi, nor with pineapple, gingerroot, papaya, figs, or guava. I spooned off the yello juice and the pie was still delicious.
