We loved it! There are only two of us and the first time we made it we cut the recipe in half and it still came out great but left us wanting more. Now, we make the full recipe each time and we also find it better after it has chilled.
Very Good, my husband and I enjoyed it, althought I would advise to let it chill, we at it right away and it would have been much better colder, but other then that very taste.
I absolutely loved this. It was delicious. The sauce/dressing reminded me of the dressing that goes on Carl's Jr.'s southwestern chicken salad (that they may not have any more--it had black beans on it). My husband, who is not a fan of potato salad, didn't like it (no surprise). He'd prefer no corn, celery, or peppers, no BBQ sauce, and smaller potato pieces. Then maybe he'd eat it. But I thought it was the best potato salad ever.
Very good recipe. My family loved it. The only thing i did different, was added extra bbq sauce and extra red peppers. My opinion, it is even better the next day.
Great side dish for summer cookouts. Would also be good with grape tomatos.
My husband went wild for this one. I am going to bring it to the next cook out I attend, it was so good!!
My 9 year-old daughter loves this dish. She wants me to make it over and over. Very colorful and delicious.
