My family LOVES this! I have two picky eaters, and they both love it! It tastes like something you'd order in a restaurant. It is one of our new favorites! The last time we made it, we added a yellow pepper along with the red and green. It gives it a little more color.

My family loves this recipe and it is so simple. Very little clean up since it is cooked on the grill and if you make the leftovers into fajitas and wrap them in foil they reheat pretty well in the oven.

I made the chicken seperate from the peppers and onions. (Have picky eaters) So that they can assemble what they like. They didn't care to much for it. It wasn't bad but not that great.

We make this quite a bit for friends and family. It's a summertime staple. TIP: Instead of Mesquite BBQ, just use your favorite sauce, they are WAY better this way.
