Lightly sprinkle the corn with either garlic salt or garlic pepper. It's incredible!

i was visiting family and we decided to grill on sunday. i am obsessed with corn, so we found this recipe and tried it out for the first time. it was wonderfull. so tender and sweet. lil messy but very good, and most important it was very quic to throw together at the last minute.

This recipe was good, but the corn took a lot longer than 15-20 minutes. It might be better if the butter mixture was put on the corn before it went on the grill.

We absolutely loved this grilled corn. It was cooked perfectly, without having to heat up my kitchen. We didn't care for the parmesan butter, but will maybe try the BBQ butter next time.

I love this recipe. To make it low fat, spray the foil with Pam and then roast. Add the cheese when the corn is done. It works great in the oven also

i have never grilled corn on the cob before and i was just wondering it says to soak the husks and ears in water for 2 hours...do you put the mayo mix on after it has been soaked or while soaking and do you add salt to the water??
