Fantastic Grilled Corn on the Cob recipe

Grilling corn seals in the flavor so each buttery, Parmesan-coated bite is as mouthwatering as the next. Skip the boiling—this is your new go-to recipe for summer.

this is a very yummy as well as simple way to prepare corn on the cob - we prepare corn this way all thru the season - sometimes we also add thin slices of vidalia onion before sealing up the aluminum foil (sweet & carmelly) or sometimes sprinkle in a little garlic salt - so it's a very versatile way of preparing corn too - go figure?

Fantastic is right! We make this corn pretty much whenever we fire up the BBQ for dinner. It's such a great side! Actually, we're having it tonight too.

Kept husk on pulled back and took silk strings out than raised husk back up and soaked corn for 1hr than put on grill. I use the cheese and butter and family enjoyed it on labor day

I had never grilled corn on the cob but decided to try this recipe today with our steaks. We thought they were delicious. I started to use only butter and parsley and leave off the cheese as we usually only use it on pasta. Then I decided it was time to try something new and the entire family raved over the corn with that topping.

This was good, but I have a better recipe. Brush corn with butter. Sprinkle a spicy cajun seasoning. Then wrap tightly in foil and bar-be-que for 25-30 minutes while rotating the corn.

I tried this recipe once on my grill; it was OK, but I really prefer my microwave recipe for corn on the cob.
