Bruschetta Minute Steaks

OK, so these take more than a minute to make, but they're so worth the (still short) wait. If you like steak—and bruschetta—you're going to love these.

What You Need

Tbsp. oil

thin boneless beef minute steaks (1-1/2 lb.), 1/4 inch thick

large tomatoes, chopped

yellow pepper, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared as directed on package

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.

SPOON tomato mixture over steaks; top with stuffing and cheese. Cover.

SIMMER on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and steak is cooked to medium doneness (160°F).

Special Extra

Stir 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil into tomato mixture.

Substitute

Substitute 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts or 1/4-inch thick boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) for the steaks. Increase cooking time to 4 min. on each side until meat is done.

My husband was so impressed. This was the most easiet dish to make. The girls are picky eaters and they ate it.

My VERY picky hubby liked as is but suggested to add artichokes and capers next time.....we'll see if it gets 5 stars then

This recipe was so easy to make! We loved it. My husband actually gave it 41 stars out of 5! I made it with round steak....SO SO GOOD! I want to make it again next week.
