Bruschetta Minute Steaks recipe

OK, so these take more than a minute to make, but they're so worth the (still short) wait. If you like steak—and bruschetta—you're going to love these.

This is so delicious. The tomatoes and peppers (I subed grape toms and a red pepper) get soft, even with this short cooking time.

I have made this numerous times, it's always a crowd pleaser, even my 5 yr. old loves it and he is always willing to participate in the prep work.

I will try this again with Chicken, as the minute steak was a little tough for the kids. Loved the flavor of the topping and made extra as a side. Didn't have fresh basil, so added Italian seasoning to the meat when cooking.

We love bruschetta, but this combination didn't do it for us. The stuffing got too soggy and the whole thing seemed bland even with the Italian dressing.

This recipe is very quick and simple, but it looks like it took ages and the taste was amaizing. This will be something that I will make the next time I have a dinner party.

This is One of my favorite recipe.. I love the combinations of flavor. I have added celery and onions (sautee) and it came out really great.
