Bruschetta Minute Steaks

Bruschetta Minute Steaks recipe
OK, so these take more than a minute to make, but they're so worth the (still short) wait. If you like steak—and bruschetta—you're going to love these.

I thought this recipe was very good. I made a couple of changes. I added the basil for extra flavor and I flavored the meat with just some plan steak seasoning. I also put them under a broiler instead of the skillet. I will defininetly make again.

I'm on the fence about this one. First of all, you MUST season your meat or this dish will be really bland. It is quick and easy, but I ended up with so much stuffing left over. Such a waste to throw away and I don't believe you can buy less stuffing in a box unless you make it yourself. If I did make this again, I would make it with twice the amount of steaks I made this time (five).

I would definately make this recipie again. However, I would cut the amount of stuffing in half as there seemed to be alot in relation to the amount of meat.

Very yummy, I used diced tomatoes with basil and garlic instead of chopping my own as a time saver. So easy and fast, perfect for people without a lot of time. great recipe!
