This BBQ chicken is awesome! We made it last year for the bbq's we hosted, and this year as well. It was a great hit with everyone who had it. My friend even jotted down the recipe and made it for her parents and they loved it. Marinading overnight is best in order to get the full flavor. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Very good. I used apricot jam instead because it was what I had. Marinating it longer would make it better.
