Both my husband and I thought this was a wonderful dish to make. It was simple to make, easy to cook and very tasty.

This was absolutely fantastic. Very moist, flavorful. The left-overs were as good as the first time around. I didn't have any dry mustard so that was omitted; otherwise the recipe was used as published.

I have made this for family and friends and all have given it rave reviews. Then they ask where did I get such a delicious recipe. It seems to have the best flavor when marinating overnight.

This is a great recipe! My family loved it! The rub gave the pork a spicy-sweet kick and kept it nice & juicy. Let it sit with the rub overnight before grilling.

This recipe rocks. I've done with pork loin cutlets & chicken breasts and everything is great. Meat stays moist and has a little bite.
