SERIOUS? This made front page? This is a staple in American cooking, isn't it? Mac & Cheese w/cut-up hot dogs? (hated when mom tried to add more nutrition by putting peas in it!) I think 1/2 of my college graduating class ate this daily--cheap, good & filling. I now make this for my kid for a fun, easy meal. I cut-up two hot dogs and put them into the boiling noodles in the last two minutes their cooking time then drain and add the cheese, milk & butter. Easy Cheesey!

Made this for a quick dinner for my husband me. Added some mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and water to the mixture at the end of cooking. For two adults, it was a pretty good, cheap dinner!!

I have been making this for years but I do it differently. I fry the hotdogs with green pepper and onion in a little butter. I make the mac & cheese according to box directions. Then I combine when both are done. We like the added green pepper/onion flavor.

I make this all the time, except in a sauce pan. It tastes really good and it's easy to make.

This is also good if you use tuna fish instead of the hotdogs.

This was pretty good. I used fat free hot dogs - so the taste was not so great. I would use little smokies instead next time and add some spice to it

Yummy. I would add a little more milk to it after it's all done cooking. It did come out a little dry.

Great for a quick fun meal with the kids. It was a hit in my house and will definitely make it again.
