My husbond and I love this. I like to make extra and keep it in the fridge it goes well with just about any thing.

Simply delicious!!! I've made this salad several times and everybody loves it!!! The crispiness of the vegetables and the refreshing taste of this salad makes it the perfect side for any dish.

i've made this salad 3 times (i varied it a little to appeal to my Italian tastes). everyone loved it. my kids (7 & 5) ate every bit of it. i call that a success!!

Tried this in my restaurant as one of our deli salads for the week (that was 2 months ago), but made a few minor changes, I used cherry tomatoes, cut in half and added some sliced black olives. Everyone one loved this so much, it is now in our deli case everyday and it is a daily sell out!

Wonderful recipe, a huge crowd pleaser with NO left overs. I left out the peppers but stuck to the recipe otherwise. I did add some finely chopped fresh basil from my garden, it gave it another level of flavor!! Absolutely try, you won't be dissapointed!!

Another crowd-pleaser...you can use mozzarella if that's all you have, but feta really takes it to the next level. I used zucchini instead of peppers. Nice light summer salad, goes with anything.
