Recipe is great! I would recommend cutting cucumbers up and draining in the refridgerator a couple of hours before mixing in other ingredients so the salad is not so liquidy.

This is always a hit at our house-- this salad or a variation of it is a summer staple. Perfect with anything from the grill. Often we omit the cheese and green pepper (depends on what we have on hand). Tastes better when allowed to marinate a few hours and keeps well (a day or two in the frig if it lasts that long-- great as a leftover the next day for lunch!) Experiment with different vinegars for variety. We like balsamic and seasoned rice vinegar (slightly sweet), also red wine vinegar is good. You may want to add a bit of sugar to balance the acid level, depending on your preferences and the vinegar you select.

I added sliced black olives and let it marinate ~12 hours before serving. It was excellent!

I made this as a main dish for a light dinner. I could not find the greek vinaigrette dressing and so I used the kraft balsalmic vin. - it was wonderful. We also added black olives and left out the green pepper - I would definitely recommend it.

I made this recipe for a 4th of July BBQ - however I could not find the Kraft Greek dressing at my local grocery store, so I found an Authentic Greek salad dressing. I marinated eevrything overnight, and it was wonderful! What a nice light summer salad!

I have made the recipe this way and with different dressings! Another dressing goes with this and is Wonderful ...it's a vinagrette Blackberry-walnut. I love how the tomato/onion/cucumers/fetta cheese can go with the different dressings!
