Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs recipe
These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

Very easy to assemble. I partially thawed my pineapple and it was easy to put on the skewers.

This kabobs were really good. I had a little bit of a rough time putting the pineapple in through both skewers at once, some of the pineapple chunks fell apart. But otherwise it was a great meal and I would definitely make it again. Next time I am going to try shrimp.

I've made this recipie twice. It's very easy and tastes great. I used fresh pinapple, which took a little extra time but is fabulous on the grill!

I used large shrimp. Big hit at the church's fish fry. I added onion and fresh squash from my garden to some of the kabobs. FUN FOOD!!!

My husband had been eyeing this recipe on the 2007 calendar and so we decided to try it (something new for us). He did most of it and it's probably the best thing he has ever cooked. We added onions to ours which gave it even more flavor. The kids even ate it which is WoW! Next time I want to try cherry tomatoes with it. EXCELLENT!

I have three hard to please children and when i decided to try this recipe i wasn't sure how they were going to react. They as well as myself and my husband think the taste of this recipe is awesome, the orange juice mixed with the bbq sauce is an amazing taste on all the vegetables and the chicken, i did add yellow onions to this. it is Great

I love all the recipes on this website, but this one did not do it for me. This really lacked flavor and the chicken turned out fairly dry. I thought marinating the vegetables and chicken before hand would make it juicier, but instead it just made the recipe extremely messy. I love skewer recipes, but I'm convinced this one needs more flavor and I need more practice.

We've been eating a lot of chicken lately, so I made this recipe with shrimp and some very lean pork loin. We sprinkled some jerk seasoning on the meat before brushing on the sauce (my Husband likes spicy food!). The combination of the grilled pineapple and peppers with the shrimp and pork was just delicious! This would be great with any combo of lean meats! Good job Kraft Kitchens!!
