Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs recipe
These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

These are wonderful ! I used canned pineapple instead of fresh and rather than the frozen orange juice I used juice from the canned pineapple ! It gave the chicken a great flavor and a tropical theme. I've made it twice , once as a kabob and once as more of a stir fry serving it over rice. I even added fresh whole mushrooms as an added twist.

This was my first Krafts food recipe I made and it did not disappoint! I put it over white rice and my friends really enjoyed it. I would definitely make it again!

These kabobs were very good. Fast, easy and the whole family liked them! Be sure to use fresh pineapple as it makes a big difference. I did add another tablespoon of oj concentrate to sweeten it more. Will make again.

Easy recipe that works well with Steak also. There was not a left over to be found in the house when this was made not once but twice.

These were so yummy! The orange juice concentrate made the BBQ sauce more of a glaze. It really kept the flavor on it. We ran out of propane and had to finish these on our George Forman grill and they were great! So, now we know we can make them year round.

Chicken Kabobs are now my favorite food! I serve it with brown rice -- delicious, healthy and fast. We have had it several times in the past few weeks and I plan to continue to make it regularly. At least until it gets too cold outside to grill! :)
