Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs recipe
These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

This was a hit at one of my summer BBQ's so easy and fast the only thing I altered was that I seasoned the chicken with a mixture of spices and smashed pieces of garlic....Soooo goood!!!!

This was sooo good! We added mushrooms and some potatoes (for my husband). We also did some in the foil wrap and I preferred that b/c everything was so juicy, but my husband preferred the kabobs b/c of the grilled taste. I liked them both!

I love this recipe! I make it with both stew meat and chicken. I also have used orange and yellow peppers and red and green apples. This recipe is wonderful and I will continue to make it.

I used a can of pineapple and forgot to buy skewers, so we cooked everything in foil packets on the grill. It turned out AMAZING! The chicken was soooo tender & moist that I may never kabob chicken again!!! You must try this recipe in a foil bag!

Very tasty and easy to make. This is good for a family dinner or for when you have guests. Looks nice and tastes great. Serve with rice pilaff for a well rounded meal!
