Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs recipe
These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

I made these in the oven instead of on a grill and they still were delicious. Great with rice

We enjoyed the kabobs for the Fourth of July backyard get together. I used orange marmalade instead of the orange juice and it was very tasty. The chicken was very tender and had a sweet and sour tang. Even the younger kids picked the chicken from the veggies and ate it. A miracle in itself! I will make it again.

So tasty. The orange juice/bbq sauce combination really did the trick in making this a recipe I will make time and time again. The double-skewer idea was one I had not thought of but worked great. My family loved it and have asked that I make it again. So simple too!

This was the best kabobs I ever had. The barbque sauce doesn't burn when you bast the kabobs. They have a great flavor with the orange juice in the barbeque sauce and the pineapple. I would highly recomend this for out door grilling.

My family and I love grilling. We usually make kabobs with steak but decided to try this recipe. I was a little disappointed because the orange juice in the sauce tended to burn a little. Overall I thought it was good but will probably stick with the ones we usually make.

These kabobs were fun to make. My sons, ages 11 & 14, got creative in the way we lined up the veggies, and chicken. I used egg plant chucks on my kabobs as well....I made extras for salads for the following day's meal. I am very happy with this main dish recipe as I tend make the dessert recipes more often than main dish recipes.

Made this for dinner at home and family loved it! The sauce gave everything a tangy sweet flavor. I did add onion chunks. We are having this for our 4th of July celebration this coming weekend!
